Thank you for placing an order with NewPage Productions, Inc., feelgoodfood.com. Most in-stock items are shipped the next business day from the Chicago area. UPS or FedEx orders shipped ground take between 4 to 10 business days depending on location. Orders choosing USPS will usually be shipped Three Day Priority Mail. Free shipping items will be shipped first class mail USPS within the United States or Global Priority Mail outside of the United States.

For items under 4 pounds shipped within the Continental United States, we recommend choosing Three Day Priority Mail for the best value and the fastest delivery time. Larger orders (over 4 pounds) are more economical shipped UPS or FedEx ground. These are estimates given to us by the carrier and we can not be responsible for delivery time on an order once it is picked-up.

Orders under 4 pounds, placed outside of the United States, are usually shipped Global Priority Mail, 3 to 5 business days and is your best value. Orders over 4 pounds, will be shipped Surface, delivery time for these packages will be between 4 to 6 weeks. Air delivery will take from 7 to 10 business days. Pricing on these orders vary significantly, the saying; time is money applies very well to overseas orders. Please check with customs or your local post office to determine if additional charges will be applied to the order. We have no way of knowing what these charges might be or if they apply to packages sent and therefore can not be responsible.
