Cacao is one of Earth's superfoods as are Açaí and Blueberries. The ancients placed more value on Cacao than they did gold. It is only in modern times that Cacao has become a villain loaded with caffeine, refined sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa processed with alkali, milk fat, lactose, soy lecithin, vanillin (an artificial vanilla), more artificial flavors, hydrogenated oils, wax and milk loaded with antibiotics and hormones.
